A Karen Carpenter-loving gay hairdresser falls helplessly in love with a stray
skinhead who he invites into his home. LaBruce's daring, very funny, sexually
upfront, and, indeed, strikingly romantic filma remake, in fact, of Robert
Altman's "That Cold Day in the Park”is per Amy Taubin, then of the Village
Voice, "sweeter than Warhol, subtler than Kuchar, sexually more explicit than
Van Sant." (16mm on DVD, b&w/sound, 73 min., 1991)

exhibit of queer 'zine art work, culled from the Queer Zine Archive Project's
collection of 'zines and other works submitted by queer zinesters. The
