Photocopied drawing of mid- Western plains in winter using Streetlights as perspective. Time of day they'd all turn On and month & phase of Moon. "Slung up on an Im- Permanent construction." Other walls with plastic Inch-thick brush & glue for papering Things-then taken Down when unintellig- Ible. Streets get Opened up again the weather's Gotten warm. Used as material It isn't that it's charged with Meaning but has lived and has the Town inside as parts of it.
